Louder and slower to dry, and the right choice for heavy soil and set-in pet accidents. We schedule it for a day you can leave the rooms alone.

When does the fall special end?
The fall packages are available while we have open dates this season. Holiday weeks fill first, so book early if you want your carpet done before guests arrive.
How long does carpet take to dry?
With VLM (very low moisture) cleaning, carpet is dry in 2 to 3 hours. Hot water extraction takes 6 to 10 hours. We tell you which method we recommend for your carpet before we start.
Which method is used in the packages?
VLM is quiet and uses very little water, so it suits regular maintenance and homes where people are home during the visit. Hot water extraction is louder and takes longer to dry, and it is the choice for heavy soil and set-in pet accidents. The package price is the same either way for standard soiling.
When does pricing go beyond the package?
Package prices cover standard deep cleaning with normal soiling and everyday stains. Severe pet urine, heavy odor treatment, set-in stains that need specialty products, extra rooms or heavily soiled carpet are quoted separately. We show you the issue and quote the add-on before doing any extra work, and you approve the final price first.
Do I need to move furniture?
No. We move small furniture such as chairs, ottomans and side tables at no extra charge. Beds, dressers and large sectionals stay in place and we clean around them.
What if I'm not happy with a spot after you leave?
Every visit includes our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything isn't right at sign-off, or you spot something the next morning, tell us and we come back to re-clean the affected area at no charge.
