Oh Limpio offers cleaning and related services for homes, businesses, and other approved locations. The exact scope of service will depend on the service requested, the information provided by the customer, the condition of the property, and any written estimate, invoice, booking confirmation, or other agreement between you and Oh Limpio.
Estimates may be based on information you provide, including descriptions, photos, property size, number of rooms, service type, and the condition of the area to be cleaned. If the actual condition, size, access, or requested scope differs from the information originally provided, we may adjust the price, time required, or service scope before beginning or completing the work.
To help us complete your service properly and safely, you agree to:
Unless specifically agreed in writing, Oh Limpio does not provide hazardous-material cleanup, mold remediation, pest removal, hoarding cleanup, biohazard cleanup, crime scene cleanup, removal of bodily fluids, heavy lifting, or services that require unsafe access, specialized licensing, or work outside the agreed cleaning scope.
We may decline, pause, or reschedule service if we determine that the location is unsafe, inaccessible, outside the agreed scope, or not suitable for the requested service.
You may send photos to help us prepare an estimate, understand the requested service, or document a service concern. We may also take limited before-and-after photos or service notes for quality control, training, scheduling, dispute resolution, or customer support.
We will not intentionally photograph sensitive personal information. We will not use photos that identify you, your family, or your property for marketing purposes without your permission.
Prices, deposits, cancellation fees, and payment terms may vary by service and will be provided at or before booking whenever applicable. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of service or according to the payment terms stated on your invoice, estimate, or booking confirmation.
If payment is not received when due, Oh Limpio may pause future services, require prepayment, or take reasonable steps to collect unpaid amounts.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or trip fees may apply if they were disclosed at booking or if our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled service time.
If we cannot access the property, if the service area is not ready, or if required utilities are unavailable, we may need to reschedule, adjust the scope, or charge for time and travel already incurred.
Oh Limpio provides services, not physical products. Because our work is service-based, we do not offer refunds for completed services.
If an agreed-upon area or task was not completed properly, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. If the issue is approved, we will schedule a re-service to correct the affected area at no additional charge.
Re-service is limited to the original service scope and the specific area or task that was not completed properly. Re-service does not cover new dirt, spills, stains, clutter, pet messes, damage, or conditions that occur after the original service. It also does not cover areas that were not included in the original booking, were inaccessible, or require additional services not included in the original agreement.
This section applies only if you choose to opt in to receive SMS/MMS text messages from Oh Limpio. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase or receive services from Oh Limpio.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from Oh Limpio. Messages may include estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates, scheduling and rescheduling information, service updates, customer support, payment or invoice reminders, review requests, and limited promotional messages if you separately consent to promotional messaging.
Your consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Oh Limpio. You may decline SMS/MMS messaging and still request estimates, book services, and communicate with us by phone or email.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, the services you request, and your communication preferences. You may receive multiple messages related to a service request, estimate, appointment, payment, or customer support issue.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS/MMS messages according to your mobile plan.
You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from Oh Limpio at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we may send a confirmation message to let you know that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS/MMS messages may depend on your mobile carrier, network availability, device settings, and other factors outside our control.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Some conditions may be permanent or may require specialized repair, restoration, replacement, or remediation outside the scope of our services.
Our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms or in a written agreement signed by Oh Limpio.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oh Limpio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability for a claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oh Limpio from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, your failure to provide safe access or accurate information, or your violation of applicable law.
