Oh Limpio provides professional cleaning and related services. We do not sell physical products, so product returns, exchanges, shipping returns, original packaging requirements, and merchandise refunds do not apply.
Our goal is to complete every service properly and according to the service scope agreed upon at the time of booking. If something was not done right, we want the opportunity to make it right.
Because Oh Limpio provides services rather than physical goods, we do not offer refunds for completed services.
However, if a service was not completed properly or an agreed-upon area was missed, we will review the issue and, when appropriate, re-do or correct the affected portion of the service at no additional charge.
To request a re-service, you must contact us within 48 hours of the completed service.
Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a complimentary re-service because the condition of the home, office, or serviced area may have changed after our team completed the work.

If the issue is approved, Oh Limpio will schedule a time to return and correct the affected area. The re-service is limited to the original service scope and the specific area or task that was not completed properly.
A complimentary re-service does not apply to:
Approved re-service appointments must be scheduled at a mutually available time. The customer must provide access to the property or affected area for the re-service to be completed.
If we are unable to access the property or affected area at the scheduled re-service time, the request may be considered resolved or closed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or deposit terms provided at the time of booking will apply.
Oh Limpio does not accept product returns because we do not sell or ship physical products through our services. There are no items to mail back, exchange, or return.
