How long will the service take and when will it dry?
Service time and dry time depend on the size of the job, the type of carpet or upholstery, the cleaning method we choose, and humidity that day. We’ll always give you an honest estimate before we start, and most jobs are dry within a few hours of finishing.
When does pricing go beyond the package?
The package prices cover standard deep cleaning with normal soiling and everyday stains. Additional charges may apply for: severe pet urine or biological stains, heavy odor neutralization (smoke, mildew, deep pet odors), stubborn set-in stains needing specialty solvents, or carpets that are heavily neglected, post-flood, or commercial-level dirty. We always show you the issue, explain what’s needed, and quote the add-on cost before doing any extra work. You approve the final price first.
Can you remove pet stains and odors?
Light pet stains and surface odors are typically handled within your package’s pre-treatment. For more severe cases — deep urine saturation, set-in pet odors, multiple incidents — we may recommend specialty enzyme treatment as an add-on, quoted upfront before we start. Send us a photo and we’ll tell you what to expect.
Is it safe for pets and kids?
Yes. We use professional-grade, EPA-safe cleaning solutions that are non-toxic and hypoallergenic. Your kids and pets can be back on the carpets as soon as they’re dry — no chemical residue, no harsh smells.
Do I need to move furniture?
No — we move small furniture (chairs, ottomans, side tables) for you at no extra charge. Heavy pieces like beds and large sectionals stay in place; we clean around them carefully. If you want everything moved, let us know in advance.
What if I’m not satisfied?
Simple: if any area isn’t right after we finish, we come back and re-clean it at no extra charge. We don’t leave a job until you’re satisfied with the result. No hassle, no fine print.
Do you service my ZIP code?
Our Summer Refresh schedule covers Lakewood Ranch (34202, 34211, 34212), University Park (34201), Parrish (34219), Sarasota East (34240), Palmetto (34221), and Bradenton (34203) including Tara Golf area. We also service existing clients in Ellenton (34222). If you’re nearby, message us — we can often add stops along the route.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, debit, Zelle, and cash. Payment is due after the service is complete and you’re satisfied with the results.
How far in advance should I book?
For this summer’s schedule in Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Sarasota and Palmetto, we typically have 2–3 slots open per day and they fill up 1–2 days in advance. Book today to lock in your preferred time.
