Can I walk on the floor right after?
Yes. Because the process uses very little moisture, the floor is ready to walk on right away or within a few minutes after we finish.
Do you sand or refinish hardwood floors?
No. We clean and buff the existing finish. If your floor has deep scratches, bare wood or worn-through finish, it needs sanding and refinishing, and we tell you so in the estimate.
Is the process safe for my wood floor?
We use very little water and a cleaner made for finished wood, because standing water can swell the boards and damage the finish. We test a small area first.
How often should hardwood be professionally cleaned?
Once or twice a year works for most homes, with regular dry dusting in between. Busy rooms, pets and sandy entries may need it more often.
