Definitions: A “room” is a carpeted area up to 180 sq ft (bedroom, living room, dining room, study); larger areas count as 2 rooms; hallways and closets do not count as a room. A “furniture piece” is a sofa up to 3 seats (max 7 ft), a loveseat, or a single armchair/recliner; a sectional or larger sofa counts as 2 pieces; 4 dining chairs = 1 piece. Packages are standardized and cover carpet and upholstery only — tile & grout, grout sealing, and area rugs are not included, but members receive the discount shown on those services.
