By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.
Agreement Terms and Conditions.
When scheduling a cleaning service with us, please refer to the specific information provided in the calendar invitation we send via email. This will include details regarding the day, time, frequency, and payment requirements for your cleaning service, as well as any notes specific to your home.
Hourly Rates
For scheduled janitorial cleanings, we typically assign one cleaner unless additional personnel are required or requested. Our normal hourly rate is $75 per man hour, which includes materials. If you elect to use two cleaning persons, the cleaning time will be reduced in half, but the pricing remains the same. This scenario is dependent on the number of available cleaners.
Cleaning Times
Your cleaning service schedule will be indicated on our private calendar, which will be created specifically for you. We make every effort to be prompt and meet the indicated cleaning time, but unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or other clients may affect our scheduled arrival time. If we anticipate being more than 30 minutes late, we will contact you. If no arrival time is indicated, the cleaning will be done between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., although we may work later than this. We appreciate your flexibility and ask that you allow for an open time frame rather than an exact arrival time when possible.
Deep Clean Add-Ons
If you have added deep clean services such as window cleaning, blind cleaning, or interior appliance cleaning, and decide to remove them, we request at least 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled cleaning.
Payment Policy
A payment deposit is required to schedule and hold cleaning dates, and the balance of payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. If no cash or credit card payment is provided at the time of service, the full payment will be processed using the credit card on file. For customers with recurring cleaning accounts, we may submit an invoice via PayPal for payment of services rendered. If a credit card is charged for a cleaning and you later decide to pay by cash, we may refund the charge to the card on file if cash is provided first.
Excessive Clutter Policy
Excessive clutter inhibits our ability to clean efficiently and stay on schedule. Clutter is defined as a mass of trash, items, knick-knacks, or personal items on countertops, furniture, or floors. Please ensure that clutter is picked up from the rooms to be cleaned before we arrive. If a room has enough clutter to cover the floor, we will not be able to clean that room unless Home Organization Services or an Extreme Deep Cleaning Service has been scheduled. If countertops or furniture are covered in clutter, we will clean around the clutter without moving items. If half the rooms in your home are covered in clutter, we will need to involve a manager and may need to reschedule the cleaning. It is not our standard practice to have someone move clutter around for us. If we have to leave your home due to clutter, you will be charged for the time we were there at our hourly rate of $45 per labor hour, per person. If we have to cancel your cleaning due to clutter and you are unwilling or unable to reschedule, we reserve the right to charge according to our cancellation policy. If we come back to a rescheduled appointment and the home still violates our clutter policy, we reserve the right to charge the full cleaning price.
Cancellation Policy:
Oh Limpio LLC requires any cancellations to be communicated in writing via email at least 72 hours in advance of scheduled service, if at all possible. For bi-weekly scheduled service, communication should be made in writing the week before the scheduled service is to occur. This gives us the opportunity to schedule other appointments if you need to cancel. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to half the estimated price or the deposited amount for late cancellations, cancellations with little or no notice, or additional hourly rates for recurring maintenance cleaning cancellations. We may also assess additional fees for the next scheduled cleaning or charge for a first-time deep cleaning. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Late Fees:
Overdue payments are subject to a late fee of $45.00. In addition, interest will be charged at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per month on all overdue amounts. Oh Limpio LLC reserves all rights available under Florida law to collect any amounts due and owing pursuant to this agreement.
Paying for Family or Friend Service:
If you are paying for a family member or friend and you cancel the service, but your friend or family member lets our cleaners in to clean, this assumes that you still wanted the service, and any balance owed would be due upon receipt of services. To cancel dual accounts in full, both parties must contact us by email at least 48 hours before the next appointment. If one spouse cancels the service and the other spouse and/or kids let us in to clean, this implies to our cleaners that it is okay for us to be there, and payment will be expected.
Assigned Cleaner:
Your assigned cleaner is indicated on your account. This person will be your regular cleaner, with the exception of illness, vacation, or personal emergency. In the event your assigned cleaner ends employment with the company, he or she will be replaced with another trained cleaner who has been briefed on the details of your home and cleaning services.
Limitation of Liability:
All items of value that are non-replaceable, one-of-a-kind, sentimental value, collectors items, trophies, discontinued patterns, family heirlooms, and high cost crystal-china-ceramic items must be disclosed to Oh Limpio LLC. These items cannot be cleaned due to insurance regulations. Oh Limpio LLC will not be liable for items not disclosed and listed on this estimate. Oh Limpio LLC will not be liable for items broken or damaged due to product wear-and-tear, nor damage to or caused by fixtures that are not properly secured such as pictures, mirrors, window treatments, wall coverings, lack of furniture glides for wood floors, lack of scratch covers on the bottom of furniture decor, cabinet-mounted appliances, and household accessories. Oh Limpio LLC will not be liable for damage that is not reported within 24 hours of your last cleaning. We will not accept liability for damages directly or indirectly caused by non-standard company products and equipment requested to be used. Oh Limpio LLC will only consider liability for the repair or replacement cost of the item damaged or broken. If an item is part of a set, only the cost of the individual item will be considered. If Oh Limpio LLC is requested by the client to clean windows or window blinds, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss if such blinds are damaged in the cleaning process.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Oh Limpio, LLC, is committed to providing exceptional cleaning services to our valued clients. We conduct a thorough walkthrough at the conclusion of our services to ensure complete satisfaction.
However, if it is not possible to conduct a walkthrough, and you are dissatisfied with any cleaning service we have provided, you are required to notify us within 24 hours of the service so that we may address and resolve the issue. We will schedule a time to revisit the premises and examine the problem promptly upon receiving notification. If the issue is related to service quality, we pledge to correct it at no additional charge and provide one man hour of cleaning services as compensation for any inconvenience caused. However, if we do not receive notice of the issue within 24 hours of the cleaning, or if you attempt to resolve the issue on your own, we will not be able to correct it, nor can we offer compensation for your inconvenience.
Hourly Cleaning
Please note that if you have purchased hourly cleaning, we can only guarantee that a cleaner will remain on-site for the specified amount of time. In case of time constraints, we may not be able to complete all tasks. Therefore, if the issue is related to time constraints rather than service quality, we can only address it if additional cleaning time is purchased.
Health and Safety
Health and safety are of utmost importance to Oh Limpio, LLC. All equipment, including electrical, must be in good working order. We require a safe working environment to perform our duties efficiently. We reserve the right to take pictures of any hazardous or cluttered areas in the customer's home before and after cleaning.
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, our office will make a judgment call about whether our staff will be able to make it to your home safely. We will contact you to reschedule the cleaning if it is necessary to cancel due to bad weather. We ask that you keep your driveways and walkways clear and sanded and/or salted, so our staff can access your home without getting injured. If you feel that we may not be able to access your home due to conditions outside, please notify us in advance.
Key Policy
If you require Oh Limpio, LLC to hold a key to enter your home, we will not keep your address details with the key. However, we will keep a key fob with your initials to identify which key belongs to you. Please inform us of any alarm systems that need to be unset or reset. We maintain a policy of keeping our customers' keys secure at all times, and we will be fully responsible for replacing any keys lost or misplaced. If you are present, please ensure that you are there to let us in at the agreed time. If we arrive at the designated time, and no one is home, you will be responsible for paying Oh Limpio, LLC the full amount of hours for that day. No cleaning fee will be refunded. Any incidental costs incurred by the company or cleaners due to a client's actions will be fully reimbursed by the customer immediately.
No-Smoking Policy
Oh Limpio, LLC has a strict no-smoking policy. We do not permit smoking or the use of any personal items belonging to the customer, such as computers or telephones, except in an emergency, while on the client's premises.
Construction Cleanings:
At Oh Limpio, LLC, we cannot guarantee the quality of our cleaning services if the construction is still in process or if the property is occupied by construction crews or people who can make it dirty again after cleaning. If you report a quality issue to us within 24 hours of the cleaning, we will come out and fix it within 72 hours. However, we cannot guarantee that we can redo the cleaning before tenants move into the property. Please note that due to the risk of scratching, we cannot ensure that all hard floors will be 100% residue-free. Additionally, if we cannot remove paint or other residue using non-scratch methods, the cleaning fee will still apply. If the owner or property manager is unable to walk and approve the cleaning before completion, we will assess a $50 fee for a post-cleaning walkthrough to address additional items. If there is a dispute about a particular item on the Estimate/Invoice, the other items must be paid in full before we address the issue.
Equipment and Material Use:
At Oh Limpio, LLC, we provide all cleaning materials and supplies. However, if you prefer us to use your equipment, such as a vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, cloths, or cleaning materials, please inform us before your appointment. If you have special situations or types of finishes that require a specific solution other than what we use, please let us know and do not assume that we should know. We understand that every customer is unique and has their preferred brands and methods of cleaning. We also accept bleach-based products, provided that we take the necessary precautions, and any use of bleaching agents in the property is at the customer's own risk.
No Solicitation Policy
At Oh Limpio, we value the relationships we have with both our customers and our employees. We believe that maintaining a respectful and professional environment is essential for the success of our business. To ensure that everyone's experience is positive and focused on our core services, we have established the following No Solicitation Policy:
For Customers:
Customers are kindly requested not to solicit our employees for any external services or products unrelated to our business during the course of our service.
If you are interested in other services or products, please let us know, and we will be happy to discuss options that align with our offerings.
For Employees:
Our employees are not permitted to solicit our customers for personal services, products, or any external offerings.
During working hours, employees are expected to prioritize their duties with Oh Limpio and refrain from promoting personal services or products.
This policy is in place to create a comfortable and professional atmosphere for everyone involved. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a focused and respectful environment.

Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund Policy of Oh Limpio LLC
We want you to be completely satisfied with our cleaning services. If you have any concerns or questions about our services or policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you are not satisfied with our cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will do our best to make things right. We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we will work with you to find a solution.
If you need to cancel a cleaning appointment, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
We take care in providing our cleaning services, but in the unlikely event that something is damaged or broken during the cleaning process, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can take appropriate action. We are not responsible for damages that occur as a result of pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or improper maintenance.
Our liability for any damages arising from our cleaning services is limited to the cost of the cleaning services provided. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages arising from our cleaning services.
